Product Description

NV-DF9035 is a 100% active, solvent-free silicone-based defoamer designed for high-build and solvent-free coating, ink, and resin systems. It effectively suppresses and eliminates foam generated during manufacturing and application processes, particularly in high-viscosity and solvent-free formulations.

NV-DF9035 provides excellent defoaming performance in epoxy flooring systems. It also offers effective deaeration and leveling performance in screen printing inks.

In certain difficult-to-defoam systems, NV-DF9035 can provide both defoaming and leveling effects, helping to eliminate surface defects such as cratering caused by incompatibility within the formulation.

NV-DF9035 is suitable for thick-film and solvent-free coating and ink systems, including:

Chlorinated Rubber Coatings: Chlorinated rubber paints and coatings.

Application Guide

Recommended Dosage: 0.05%–1.0% based on total formulation weight. The optimum dosage should be determined through laboratory testing.

Incorporation: Addition prior to grinding or high-speed dispersion is recommended to ensure sufficient dispersion of the defoamer, maximize its performance, and minimize potential side effects.

Handling & Precautions

Keep container closures airtight immediately after dispensing to avoid contamination. Avoid contact with eyes. Non-edible.

Storage：

Packaging: Standard supply in 25KG and 50KG plastic pails.

Storage Conditions: Keep containers tightly sealed in a cool, dry place below 40℃. Strictly protect from freezing climates.

Shelf Life: Stable for 24 months (2 years) from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened packaging under recommended conditions.
