NV-RL1401 is a high-performance solvent-based silicone release agent specially designed for footwear materials and polymer molding applications.

Based on a high molecular weight silicone resin and silicone oil system, NV-RL1401 provides excellent release performance, good thermal stability, and a clean, dry surface after molding.

The product offers high dilution efficiency, easy application, and good compatibility with various molding processes.

Application Guide

Mold Preparation

Ensure the mold surface is clean, degreased, and completely dry before application.

Application Method

Spray application with a uniformly atomized spray gun is recommended.

The dilution ratio should be adjusted according to product requirements, mold complexity, and production conditions.

Recommended Working Temperature

Suitable for molding processes between:45–180℃

Additional Notes

When mold temperature is below 40℃, lightly blowing the mold surface with an air gun after spraying is recommended to reduce excessive release agent residue and prevent interference with subsequent foaming processes.
