NV-RL2010 is a high-performance silicone resin emulsion release agent based on a specially structured polysiloxane resin. It provides excellent release performance, thermal stability, and compatibility with water-based systems.

The product features a stable emulsion system with low surfactant content, providing easy dilution, good dispersion, and efficient mold release performance under high-temperature processing conditions.

Application Guide

Dilute with clean water before use.

Recommended dilution ratio: 1:20–1:25 with water, depending on the specific process conditions and required release performance.

Recommended application temperature: 40–260℃.

The optimal dosage should be adjusted according to the actual production conditions.
