NV-RL1422 and NV-RL1488 are specially developed water-based silicone emulsion release agents for polyurethane (PU) shoe sole molding applications.

Based on a high molecular weight silicone resin and silicone oil composite system, the products provide excellent mold release performance, good mold surface wetting, and improved surface quality of molded PU shoe soles.

The low-solvent, water-based formulation provides easy application, low odor, and stable performance in industrial footwear production processes.

NV-RL1422: Recommended for upper mold release applications

NV-RL1488: Recommended for lower mold release applications

Application Guide

Clean the mold surface thoroughly before application.

Preheat mold temperature above 50℃ if applicable.

Dilute the product with clean water at: Release agent : Water = 1 : 25–30

Apply by spray gun, brush or pad.

Re-application frequency depends on mold design and production conditions.

Typical application interval: Every 2–10 molding cycles
