NV-RL2011 is a high-performance silicone polyether release agent based on 100% active polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.

It provides excellent release performance, good compatibility, and easy dispersion in aqueous or solvent-based systems. Due to its unique silicone-polyether structure, NV-RL2011 offers good balance between release properties, lubricity, and formulation compatibility.

The product is especially suitable for sulfur granulation release applications and various polymer processing release applications.

Application Guide

NV-RL2011 can be diluted with water or petroleum hydrocarbon solvents before use.

Recommended dilution ratio:1:25–1:30 with diluent, depending on process conditions and required release performance.

Recommended service temperature:40–200℃

The optimal dosage should be adjusted according to the actual production process.

Store in the original sealed container at 5–35℃.
