Product Description

MQ Silicone resin NV-VMQ986 appears as a white powder. It is synthesized by the TEOS-based sol-gel process.This type of resin consists of multi-branched, methyl-terminated oligosiloxanes that form a tightly packed, double-layered cage structure, in which some of the methyl groups are partially replaced by vinyl groups.

In addition to the reactive silanol groups in the molecule participating in reactions to form a crosslinked, stable polysiloxane network, the vinyl groups contained in NV-VMQ981/982/983/984 can react with the crosslinking agents used in addition-cure silicone rubbers. (–SiH) reaction, thereby playing a reinforcing role and enhancing .Improve the mechanical properties and processing performance of silicone rubber.
