Product Description
NV-MQ902 is a methyl MQ silicone resin with a three-dimensional, Si–O–based resin structure consisting of M [(CH3)3SiO1/2] and Q [SiO4/2] units.With an M/Q ratio of 1.0:1, NV-MQ902 provides a balance of film-forming properties, adhesion, hydrophobicity, thermal resistance, and release performance.
NV-MQ902 is suitable for selected silicone-based coating, protective, release, and other specialty formulations requiring durable film formation, water repellency, thermal resistance, and surface performance.

Application Guide
Incorporation Methods
Direct Thermal Incorporation:For direct addition into solvent-free systems, NV-MQ902 should be heated under controlled conditions until sufficiently softened or fluidized before incorporation. Adequate agitation should be used to ensure uniform dispersion.
Solvent Dilution:For solvent-based systems, NV-MQ902 may be pre-dissolved or diluted in compatible solvents or silicone media prior to incorporation. Suitable media include D5, selected PDMS fluids, 120# solvent oil, toluene, and xylene.
Avoid localized overheating and prolonged exposure to excessive temperatures during processing.
Recommended Dosage
Typical dosage: 1–20 wt%, based on total formulation.
The optimum dosage depends on the application, base polymer, desired film properties, substrate, and other formulation components. Laboratory evaluation is recommended to determine the appropriate dosage for each specific application.

Packaging: Available in 30 kg plastic pails, 140 kg metal drum
Storage Conditions: Protect the product from moisture and prolonged exposure to humid conditions, as moisture may affect its physical properties and processing performance.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, unopened container under recommended storage conditions.
