Product Description
NV-SIPH-VP-705 is the ultimate-performance, single-component phenylmethylsiloxane fluid engineered for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. By substituting an additional methyl group with a heavy phenyl ring compared to the 704 structure, NV-SIPH-VP-705 delivers the absolute lowest saturated vapor pressure and highest thermal stability available in silicone fluid technology.This ultra-pure fluid minimizes back-streaming to negligible levels, allowing untrapped vacuum systems to reach pressures down to 10-9 Torr, and trapped systems down to 10-10 Torr. It is primary-choice fluid for clean-room, ultra-clean chamber environments where carbon or silicone contamination on critical targets must be strictly eliminated.
