NV-BONDLESS 5066 is a modified low molecular weight polysiloxane containing reactive functional groups.

It has excellent resin compatibility and can participate in coating systems to improve anti-adhesion performance, surface smoothness, temperature resistance, and durability of coating films.

When incorporated into silicone resins or other organic resin systems, NV-CA5066 can form a low surface energy silicone protective layer, providing a dry and non-greasy surface with excellent non-stick performance.

It is an ideal additive for high-temperature resistant and anti-adhesion coatings.

Application Guide

. NV-BONDLESS 5066 can be added directly into resin systems or diluted with suitable solvents before use.

. Recommended dosage:1.0–5.0% based on total formulation weight.The optimum dosage should be determined according to the resin system and required performance.
