Product Name:Ultra-High Molecular Weight Silicone Slip Modifier NV-SLIP 5052
Product code: NV-CA5052
Alias: Silicone Additive NV-CA5052
Chemical Characterization: Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polysiloxane Water Dispersion
Product Description
NV-SLIP 5052 is a high-performance water-dispersible silicone surface modifier based on ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane technology. It is designed to improve surface slip properties, reduce coefficient of friction, and enhance abrasion resistance in various coating systems.
Due to its unique high molecular weight silicone structure, NV-SLIP 5052 provides excellent lubricity, anti-blocking performance, and smooth tactile properties to coated surfaces. It helps improve surface durability, reduce scuffing and wear, and maintain a smooth and uniform appearance of coating films.
NV-SLIP 5052 exhibits excellent compatibility with various waterborne resin systems, including acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, and polyester coatings. It is widely used in leather finishes, textile coatings, and industrial coating applications requiring improved slip, wear resistance, surface smoothness, and enhanced surface protection.
