Product Description:

NV-PC905 is a light yellow to colorless, translucent gel. It combines the silky, soft-focus properties of silicone elastomers with the rapid evaporation profile of Isododecane.

It is engineered for formulations requiring a fast-matting effect and a weightless, dry skin feel. It offers excellent spreadability and is highly compatible with a wide range of organic oils and esters, making it a versatile choice for long-wear makeup and lightweight skincare.

Using Method & Formulation Guide:

Emulsion Preparation (W/O):

Mix this product thoroughly with the oil phase.

Slowly add the water phase into the oil phase while stirring rapidly.

Increasing agitation speed will improve the stability of the W/O system.

Note: Increasing the water phase ratio will generally increase the final viscosity of the emulsion.

Stability Enhancement: It is highly recommended to add 0.5% – 2.0% Sodium Chloride (NaCl) or another electrolyte to the water phase to enhance the long-term storage stability of the emulsion.

Cold Processing: If no solid/waxy ingredients are present in the formula, the entire process can be conducted at room temperature.

Recommended Dosage:

Sensory Modifier / Oil Control: 3.0%–15.0%

Long-wear Matte Foundations: 10.0%–30.0%

Anhydrous Matte Lip Glaze: 20.0%–60.0%

Packaging & Shelf Life:

Packaging: 20kg fiber drums or as requests

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place between 10°C and 35°C.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
