NV-PC3013 s a colorless, clear, and viscous liquid, completely free from lumps. It functions as a premium sensory modifier and film-forming agent. Using Method & Formulation Guide:

Incorporation: Should be blended into the oil phase of the formulation.

Mixing: Due to the 3,000–6,000 cps viscosity, medium-to-high shear mixing is required to ensure the gum blend is fully integrated into the emulsion.

Processing: Compatible with both hot and cold processes. Since it contains no volatile carriers, there is no risk of evaporation during heating.

Dilution: Can be pre-blended with other low-viscosity silicones (like 5cSt Dimethicone) to adjust the final sensory profile or ease of handling.

Recommended Dosage:

Hair Care: 2.0%–10.0% (up to 100% for hair serums)

Skin Care: 1.0%–8.0%

Color Cosmetics: 2.0%–15.0%

Packaging: 190kg iron drums or 20kg plastic pails.
