Product Description:

NV-PC3011 is a colorless, clear, and highly viscous liquid. It is a multifunctional sensory enhancer that provides a superior, velvet-like skin feel and excellent conditioning properties for hair. Upon application, the volatile D5 evaporates, leaving a thin, breathable, and non-greasy film of high-viscosity silicone gum. It is particularly effective for improving water resistance and providing long-lasting smoothness.
