Chemical Character:Ultra-high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane gum dispersed in low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane.

The high-viscosity Dimethiconol gum features terminal hydroxyl (—OH) groups which provide excellent substantivity to biological surfaces (hair/skin). By using low viscocosity Dimethicone as the carrier instead of D5, this blend remains non-volatile, ensuring the "cushioned" feel persists on the skin.

NV-PC3012 is a colorless, clear, and viscous liquid, entirely free from lumps. It serves as a high-performance sensory modifier and conditioning agent. Because the carrier fluid is non-volatile Dimethicone, it provides a much more substantive and moisturizing barrier than traditional D5-based gum blends. It is specifically engineered to improve the spreadability of formulations while imparting a luxurious, velvet-like smoothness.

Using Method & Formulation Guide:

Incorporation: Should be added to the oil phase of the formulation.

Mixing: Medium to high-speed stirring is required to ensure the viscous gum is thoroughly dispersed.

Cold Processing: Ideal for cold-process formulations. If the process involves heat, it can be added at any stage as it does not contain volatile solvents that would evaporate.

Compatibility: Highly compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, including other silicones, esters, and mineral oils.

Recommended Dosage:

Hair Care Products: 2.0%–10.0% (up to 100% in pure serums)

Skin Care Products: 1.0%–5.0%

Color Cosmetics: 2.0%–15.0%

Packaging & Shelf Life:

Packaging: 190kg iron drums or 20kg plastic pails.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or open flames.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the manufacture date.
