NV-PC3014 is a colorless, clear, and high-viscosity liquid. It is designed for formulations that require a heavy-duty barrier and an ultra-luxurious, "rich" skin feel. Compared to standard gum blends, this grade offers superior substantive properties, making it an excellent choice for products targeting extremely dry skin or severely damaged hair. It provides a long-lasting, water-resistant, and breathable film that enhances the performance of active ingredients.

Using Method & Formulation Guide:

Incorporation: Must be incorporated into the oil phase.
Mixing: Due to the high viscosity (10k-20k cps), high-torque mixing equipment is necessary to ensure uniform dispersion. It is often helpful to warm the oil phase slightly (to approx. 50°C) to reduce the viscosity during blending.
Pre-blending: If handling is difficult, it is common practice to pre-blend this product with a lower-viscosity silicone (like 10cSt or 50cSt Dimethicone) before adding it to the final emulsion.
Stability: Since it is 100% non-volatile, it is exceptionally stable across a wide temperature range and during hot-process manufacturing.

Recommended Dosage:

Intensive Hair Serums: 5.0%–20.0% (can be used as a primary component)
Specialized Skin Balms: 2.0%–10.0%
Waterproof Makeup: 3.0% -15.0%

Packaging & Shelf Life:

Packaging: 190kg iron drums or 20kg plastic pails.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or open flames.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the manufacture date.
