Product Description:

NV-PC4210 is a concentrated, milky-white anionic emulsion featuring ultra-high molecular weight Dimethiconol. It is engineered specifically for use in surfactant-based cleansing products. The emulsion provides a uniform deposition of large-molecular-weight silicone onto the hair or skin surface, resulting in exceptional smoothness, shine, and a luxurious "silky" feel without affecting the foaming properties of the final formulation.

Formulation Guide:

Addition Point: It is recommended to add the emulsion at the end of the manufacturing process, after the primary surfactants and thickening agents have been incorporated, at temperatures below 45°C.

Compatibility: Highly compatible with anionic and non-ionic surfactants. Use caution when formulating with high concentrations of cationic polymers (like Polyquaternium-10 or Guar HC) to ensure proper complex stabilization.

Viscosity Adjustment: Adding this emulsion may slightly impact the final viscosity of the surfactant system; adjust salt (NaCl) or thickener levels accordingly.

Dosage:

Standard Shampoos: 1.0%–4.0%

High-Conditioning Treatments: 4.0% – 8.0%

Shower Gels / Body Washes: 0.5% – 2.0%

Handling & Precautions:

Storage: Protect from freezing. Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C. Keep containers tightly sealed.
