Product Description:

NV-PC4128 is a milky white silicone emulsion. By using a blend of Steareth-2 and Steareth-21 (non-ionic fatty alcohol ethers), it provides an exceptionally stable delivery system that is compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients. It is designed to provide "targeted" conditioning—the amino-functional groups bond to damaged hair sites, providing deep repair, heat protection, and a smooth, non-greasy feel.
