Product Description:

NV-PC9011 is a milky white, pourable liquid emulsion. It is designed to provide the characteristic silky, powdery skin feel of silicone elastomers in a water-compatible format.

Because it is pre-emulsified, it can be easily cold-processed into the water phase of a formulation. It significantly improves the spreadability of water-based products, provides an instant soft-focus effect, and masks the tackiness of water-soluble actives like glycerin or glycols.

Using Method & Formulation Guide:

Addition Order: It is typically added to the water phase during the final stage of the formulation process.

Low-Shear Mixing: Use moderate stirring to ensure uniform distribution. Excessive high-shear mixing should be avoided once the emulsion is added to prevent breaking the delicate droplet structure.

Temperature: Best used in cold processes. If heating is required for other ingredients, add this emulsion after the system has cooled below 40°C.

pH Stability: Stable within a wide pH range (typically 4.0–9.0), making it compatible with most cosmetic preservatives.

Recommended Dosage:

In Toners & Essences: 1.0%–5.0%

In Aqueous Gels & Creams: 5.0%– 5.0%

In Hair Care Serums: 2.0%–8.0%

Packaging & Shelf Life:

Packaging: 25kg or 200kg plastic drums.

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place between 5°C and 35°C. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
