Formulation Guide:

NV-PC301 is typically added to the oil phase of a formulation.

In cold-process emulsions, it can be added directly.

For hot-process emulsions, it should be added at the end of the cooling phase (below 50°C) to minimize evaporation losses.

Recommended Usage Level:

Skin Care Products: 1% – 10%

Hair Care Products: 1% – 5%

Color Cosmetics: 5% – 30%

Antiperspirants: 30% – 60%

Handling & Precautions:

Ensure adequate ventilation during use as the material is volatile.

Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.

Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.

Material is combustible; keep away from open flames, sparks, and high heat.

Packaging & Shelf Life:

Packaging: Available in 190kg iron drums or 950kg IBC tanks.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry place.
