Key Features & Benefits

Internal Cross-linking Only: Since the ends are non-reactive (Trimethyl-capped), it creates a specific internal matrix without extending the linear chain length indefinitely.

Lower Shrinkage: Helps in controlling the dimensional stability of molded parts during the curing process.

Viscosity Modifier: Effectively manages the viscosity of the compound while introducing functional reactive sites.

Applicatiions

Cross-linking Regulator: Used to fine-tune the physical properties (like compression set) of silicone rubbers.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA): Key component in adjusting the "tack" and "peel" strength of silicone-based tapes.

Plastic Additive: Used as a processing aid or impact modifier for thermoplastic resins (like PC or PBT) to improve low-temperature toughness.

Recommended Dosage Guidelines

Role: Cross-linking Density Regulator / Specialty Additive

Recommended Dosage: 1 – 8 phr (up to 30 phr for PSAs)

Guidance:

* Precision Control: Since the chain ends are non-reactive, it is used to fine-tune internal cross-linking without extending the polymer chain.

* Compression Set: Ideal for improving the compression set and dimensional stability of molded parts.

* PSA Applications: In Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, higher concentrations are used to adjust "tack" and "peel" values.

Transportation & storage

This product is active chemical. Impurities (especially catalyst) shall not be mixed in the process of storage and transportation.

Attention should be paid to whether other materials can react chemically.

Be stored in a clean,airtight plastic or plastic coated metal drum.

Shelf life:24 months.
