NV-PC402 is a polyphenylmethylsiloxane fluid with a medium-low viscosity of 80 cSt. It is a versatile cosmetic-grade silicone designed to bridge the gap between volatile silicones and high-viscosity gums. With a refractive index of 1.46, it significantly enhances the radiance of skin and hair products while functioning as an effective emollient and pigment wetting agent.
