The NV-PC403 series consists of polyphenylmethylsiloxane fluids available in various viscosities. These fluids are characterized by their high phenyl content, providing an exceptional refractive index and superior compatibility with organic cosmetic ingredients. They are primarily used to enhance gloss, improve spreadability, and provide a luxurious, silk-like skin feel.

High Brilliance: The high refractive index (up to 1.505) provides a crystal-clear gloss for hair care and color cosmetics.

Viscosity Versatility:

30 cSt: Excellent spreadability, reduces tackiness in light lotions.

400 cSt: Balanced skin feel, ideal for foundations and creams.

5000 cSt: High substantivity, provides a rich emollient film and long-lasting shine.

Exceptional Compatibility: Easily blends with vegetable oils, alcohol, and fatty acid esters.

Handling & Precautions

Safety: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Storage: Keep containers tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area (below 25°C).

Stability: Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, acids, or bases.

Packaging & Shelf Life

Standard Packaging: 200kg drums. Custom packaging available upon request.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.

Re-evaluation: After the expiration date, the product may still be usable following a quality re-test of the refractive index and viscosity.
