Character and Benefits:
1.Symmetric Reactive Modifier:
This is a difunctional (bis-capped) silicone fluid with identical, reactive hydroxyethoxypropyl groups at both chain terminals. This symmetric structure enables it to act as a flexible spacer or chain extender in polymer networks, forming stable covalent bridges.

2.Permanent Network Integration:
It reacts readily with polyisocyanates, acid chlorides, or anhydrides to chemically integrate into polymer backbones (e.g., polyurethane, polyester). This provides permanent, non-migrating modification that ensures long-term performance stability.

3.Exceptional Internal Lubrication & Flexibility:
The incorporated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) segment within the polymer matrix imparts outstanding internal lubricity, reduces viscosity during processing, and significantly improves the low-temperature flexibility and softening of the final product.

4.Enhanced Surface Properties:
The silicone segments spontaneously migrate to the surface, delivering:

Excellent and durable release & anti-adhesion properties.
Superior abrasion, scratch, and mar resistance.
Persistent water repellency (hydrophobicity) and stain resistance.

5.Compatibility & Processing Aid:
Improves the flow and mold release characteristics of polar polymer systems (e.g., PU, epoxy) during processing, while its organic propoxy links enhance compatibility, reducing the risk of phase separation.


Applications
This reactive difunctional silicone fluid is designed as a building block and internal modifier for high-performance materials.

1.Silicone-Modified Polymers (Primary Use):
Synthesis of Silicone-Polyurethane (SPU) or Silicone-Polyester Block Copolymers:
Used as a key diol component to create elastomers, resins, coatings, and adhesives with permanent softness, flexibility, weather resistance, and surface slip.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) Modification:
Incorporated to produce soft-touch, high-flexibility, and water-repellent TPU for cables, automotive parts, and wearable devices.

2.High-Performance Coatings:
Anti-Graffiti & Easy-Clean Coatings:
A reactive additive for cross-linked polyurethane or epoxy coating systems. It builds a dense, chemically bonded silicone network at the surface, providing excellent resistance to graffiti, paints, and stains, coupled with an easy-clean effect.

Mar-Resistant & Slip Coatings:
Enhances surface durability and lubricity in wood, metal, and plastic coatings.

3.Specialty Elastomers & Sealants:
Formulated into UV-curable or moisture-curable silicone-organic hybrid systems for flexible coatings, sealants, and encapsulants that require enhanced release properties and water resistance.

4.Functional Additives:
Serves as a reactive internal release agent and flow enhancer in the processing of engineering plastics and composites.

Recommended dosage: 0.5%~30%.The addition amount is determined according to the required performance to replace the polyol in the original formula.

Adding method: added after dilution with benzene, mineral oil solvent,etc.
