Usage:
This high-functionality modifier is primarily designed for applications demanding permanent, high-performance surface properties and internal lubrication through chemical bonding.
1.High-End Coatings (Primary Use):
Anti-Graffiti & Easy-Clean Coatings: A key additive for solvent-based polyurethane (PU) or acrylic systems. It provides a synergistic combination of exceptional, durable anti-adhesion properties against paints and markers, outstanding stain resistance, and a superior soft-touch finish. The bonded silicone layer ensures graffiti and stains can be removed more easily without damaging the coating.
Soft-Feel Coatings: Imparts a rich, dry, and durable silky feel to automotive interiors, consumer electronics, tool grips, and premium packaging coatings.
2.Reactive Polymer Modifier:
Used in the synthesis of specialty silicone-modified polyurethanes (SPU) or polyesters. Ideal for producing elastomers, resins, or fibers that require permanent slip, water repellency, and flexibility from within the polymer backbone.
3.Performance Additives for Engineering Plastics & Elastomers:
Incorporated into TPU, PVC, Nylon, or other polar engineering polymers via compounding or reactive processing to permanently reduce friction, improve abrasion resistance, and enhance water repellency.
