Discription:

The NV-PC7013 is a 50% active dispersion of Trimethylsiloxysilicate resin in Isododecane. It is a premium film-forming agent that provides a smoother, more "weightless" feel compared to silicone-based solutions. Upon application, the Isododecane evaporates quickly, leaving a flexible, non-tacky, and highly water-resistant film. It is specifically designed for high-end color cosmetics where superior transfer resistance and a dry, silky finish are required.
