Discription:

The NV-PC7012 is a dispersion of MQ silicone resin in low-viscosity Dimethicone. This product is designed for ease of use and provides superior water resistance and migration resistance compared to standard silicone fluids. It forms a durable film that acts as a moisture barrier in skin care and a pigment binder in color cosmetics. Due to its moderate volatility, it ensures a comfortable, non-tacky finish after application.
