This is a top performance non-ionic surfactant with strong wetting,pigment dispersion, perfect low foaming and appropriate anti-foaming. Its low surface tension promotes coatings to wet its outsole when this agent migrates dynamically. It contributes to adding to color capacity, adhesion, resistance to elements and glossiness and to removing color floating and to reducing pinholes, contraction cavities, sissings and curtainings. It applies to coatings as acrylic acid, ployester,alcohol acid, etc., and to all kinds of solvent-type ink. It works remarkably on plastic and metal outsoles.

Application to water-based system as an nonionic dynamic wetting agent and molecular defoamer :

• Water-based coatings .

• Printing inks.

• Pressure-sensitive adhesives

Dosage:

0.1-2% wt% , the optimal addition levels should be determined by runnning a ladder study.

Direction for use:

1.In the formulation or mix procedure,maintain adequate stir and allow mix at least 15-30 minutes. More suitable heat added if the viscosity sires.

2.Add TMDD series surfactant at last,especially after other surfactant or polymer have been added.This will allow the max. rate of dissolution or dispersibility of TMDD series surfactant into the system.
