Product Description:

NV-PC4116 is a concentrated, milky-white cationic emulsion of amino-modified silicone. By utilizing Ceteartrimonium Chloride as a primary emulsifier and conditioning booster, it offers superior substantivity compared to standard emulsions. It is designed to target damaged hair fibers, forming a durable protective film that provides exceptional softness, ease of combing, and intensive repair.

Formulation Guide:

Processing: Easily dispersed in water. It is recommended to add the emulsion during the final stage of manufacturing, below 45°C, with moderate stirring.

Compatibility: Highly compatible with cationic and non-ionic surfactants. Use with anionic surfactants (in shampoos) requires careful stabilization or the use of pearlescent agents to hide potential haziness.

Optimal pH: Performance is maximized in slightly acidic environments (pH 4.0 – 5.5), which is ideal for the health of the hair cuticle.

Dosage:

Standard Conditioners: 2.0%–5.0%

Intensive Treatments/Masks: 5.0%–10.0%

Leave-on Products: 1.0%–2.0%

Handling & Precautions:

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid temperatures below 5°C (protect from freezing) and above 40°C.

Safety: Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Note: Slight creaming or separation may occur after long-term storage; stir gently before use to ensure homogeneity.
